Combining with the initial parameters, Solidworks software is applied to establish a solid model of the two-stage liquid ring pumps and fluid analysis model;This paper describes the factors that influence the performance of two-stage liquid ring pumps, and flow simulation software is applied for the location and shape of suction and discharge outlet on the fluid simulation. The reasonable sharp and angle range of the suction discharge outlet are obtained, in which the pump fluid flow stably and flow velocity flat;In this paper, the radial-radial, radial-bend and bend-bend impeller combinations are compared by the fluid simulation and the strength analysis. The bend-bend impeller structure is reasonable, whose internal flow field was stable, strong compressible and high efficient; Another way, by the reason of the alternating statep of the vane, the influence of the fatigue should be take into account.It is a importance work to improve the reliability and efficiency, reduce the eddy current loss, new technique and new process in the design and development of the liquid ring pump. |
