Casing damage of oil and water wells refers to the process of oilfield development due to the external force and corrosion, a kind of phenomenon of production wells and injection wells casing deformation, cracking or corrosion thinning and perforation rupture. Many oil wells at home and abroad are phenomenon of damaged casing, and some very serious, the decline of oil production and even direct the well abandoned.With the continuous extension of jiangsu oilfield production time,the adjustment of development scheme, the drilling construction, tertiary recovery measures and the implementation of the remedial work, to make the damage of casing condition of oil and water Wells gradually poor.By statistical analysis:the casing damage Wells in jiangsu oil field is wide,involves25oilfield,the zhen wu, fu min,an feng and zhou song are particularly serious.By end of2010, having found312casing damage Wells, the oil Wells238, accounting for76.6%of the total number of casing damage Wells; Wells73mouth,accounting for23.03%of the total number of casing damage Wells, gas Wells1mouth.And casing damage Wells well number shows ascendant trend, especially in recent5year average annual growth of20or so, the number of casing damage Wells in unceasing increase, oil well water cut rising,low degree of water flooding well water drive, disorder of injection-production well spacing that seriously affects the normal production of oil field.In order to improve oil production and prevent casing damage,this paper research and analysis of the status quo and characteristic of casing damage Wells in jiangsu oilfield,established the casing damage Wells in jiangsu oilfield database management system.According to the jiangsu oilfield at the entrance of downhole pump suction casing corrosion more common characteristics,analysis of the oil well casing corrosion environment,the corrosion factors is determined,and the study on the mechanism of casing corrosion.On this basis, designed and developed a downhole pump suction near corrosion simulation test device,and the equipment is used for carrying out the indoor experiment simulated oilfield CO2corrosion environment,using weightlessness the test method, SEM, EDS and XRD analysis,analysis and study of casing steel corrosion behavior,for anticorrosive measures for the establishment of the foundation.At the same time special different temperature is studied in this paper,under the condition of co2partial pressure,corrosion product film surface morphology, structure, composition and influence on the corrosion rate etc.Different downhole corrosion factors impact on the pump suction casing corrosion situation and corrosion mechanism,corrosion behavior of downhole pump suction casing.Finally in the casing corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism of the material on the basis of,combined with oil field existing applications,put forward the jiangsu oilfield downhole pump suction casing corrosion prevention measures,such as reasonable selection, application of corrosion inhibitor and cathodic protection technology. It provides a scientific method for jiangsu oilfield downhole pump suction casing prevention and governance,for oilfield production and the recovery of casing damage Wells capacity it provides a scientific basis,at the same time improve the economic benefit of jiangsu oilfield.equipment is used for carrying out the indoor experiment simulated oilfield CO2corrosion environment.
