This issue aims at the serious situation of Polymer flooding oil pipeline, Because ofthe production rate of the crude oil in daqing oilfield and complex geological situation, theinvalidation of the pipeline aggravates so that influencing the normal work of the pipeline andmaking the study very necessary.Experimental study and theoretical analysis are combined in this article, observing themacroscopic and microscopic morphology of failure pipeline through the surface technology,observing the organization characteristics of the corrosion products and analyzing thecorrosion and scaling mechanism of the polymer flooding pipe by using Fluent. on this basis,physical pig descaling and adding scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor chemical method aretaken to protect the pipeline, simulating the optimize numerical pig nozzle size, determiningthe parameters of the pig. Considering the complexity of site operation, numerical simulationtechnology is used to study the optimal pig size, confirming the optimal pig size on the basisof numerical simulation and applying in the field, Screening the corrosion scale inhibitor forthe polymer flooding produced liquid and evaluating its performance.Studying of analyzing the mechanism of corrosion and scaling shows:the producedfailure of the inner surface of the fluid pipeline, the scaling phenomenon occurs in thepipeline, corrosion under the scale is obvious.Corrosion products and pipe scale is carbonatetype,It is an important reason of pipeline corrosion failure that the quantity of CO32-issuperior in two kinds medium,It is on the basis of scaling caused by CO32-and Cl-auto-accelerated process corrosion, which leads the pipeline wall would be punched in a shortperiod of time. the optimized nozzle size through numerical simulation is: diffusion Angle is90°, the diffusion section of the L/d ratio is15:1, cylindrical section is4-5mm, the pigdiameter can be changed In view of the different diameter of pipeline.The test for scaling corrosion scale inhibitor is the orthogonal test, carrying corrosioninhibitor, dispersant within group test, Polymer flooding produced liquid joining CL014scaleand corrosion inhibitor has such a performance: its self-corrosion improves, corrosion currentreduces, the polarization resistance increases, the corrosion resistance of the solution enhanceswhich inhibits the occurrence of corrosion. CL014scale inhibition rate was91%measured byEDTA titration experiment, the scale inhibition performance is good, Solid medicamentdissolve almost has a linear relation with time at a rate about every ten days8%,sincedetermining filling period is about3months.
