Exploitation of oil field on-land has came into the anaphase in our country, as natural energy recovery, gas and water injection recovery began to enter the "oil production bottleneck"stage. ASP flooding enhanced oil recovery by reduces the interfacial minimum tension to start the residual oil tension. The well of production has obviously increased by 20% with the development of polymer flooding technology in Daqing Oilfield. ASP flooding produced wastewater during the mining process in the field, and back through the after treatment with production system, this will solve the water shortage problem and environmental problems.Sewage of alkali-surfactant-polymer flooding, it contains multiple constitute such as inorganic base, the alkaline reaction with water and mineral of oil ,to which scale and corrosion was ascribed in well shaft, ground systems, wellbore, surface equipment at all. Corrosion and scaling in pipeline systems resulted scrapped vicious incident, The occurrence of scale and corrosion affected usual oilfield production.It is a common mean to prevent corrosion and scale by adding the liquid inhibitor into water circulation system of ASP oil well. But there are many problems in this way, for example:①Much equipment, such as high-pressure pump, transports, are need for adding the liquid inhibitor, so it is costly to administration;②The effective protection period of liquid inhibitor is shorter for it is very easily brought out by the produced fluid that is bulk and very high velocity, there is inevitable loss of inhibitor for it;③It's very hard for liquid inhibitor to get the deep well below so that are not entire protected.As a novel green environmental friendly water treatment reagent, polyaspartic acid (PASP) exhibits excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance and biodegradability, its should be strengthened through appropriate modified its corrosion inhibition performance to achieve a better effect, thereby reducing other inhibitor inputs, especially the widespread use of Nitrogenous, phosphorus category inhibitor, toreduce emissions of water caused the water level of nutrient over-enrichment. It is compliance the concept of environmental protection.Polyethylene alcohol was used as solubility solid material, then the Modified PASP which performanced excellent in scale and corrosion inhibition, hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP) inhibitors and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt, was complexed to creat solid corrosion and scale inhibitor, in the best ratio of conditions and the best concentration of compound, based on the principles of green chemistry first time.
