CO2EOR technology is a tertiary oil recovery technology to improve the low permeability and extra low permeability reservoir of Jilin oil field in recent years, with an developing prospects in oil utilization. The study on CO2flooding technology is a basic work in the field of research, which is also a key technical work of CO2flooding in oil engineering and is the first step to improve the EOR efficiency. Hence, to inject CO2into the oil formation, as well as achieving a safty injection, it needs a study on CO2EOR technology.This research project mainly for injection technology problems in CO2drive. Using the theoretical model, parameter optimization design and technology research, the parameter optimization design and process optimization of injection of CO2flooding, CO2flooding injection technology are formed. Though the establishment of calculation models of gas injection wellbore temperature and pressure, the coupling research on the CO2phase transition of wellbore temperature and pressure, the establishment of CO2phase transition temperature and pressure and the establishment of the wellbore flow coupling model of the temperature and pressure distribution under the CO2phase transition, the reasonable injection gas parameter influence by the injection temperature and pressure should be studied. Using the experimental data of the near wellbore flow law, and based on the numerical simulation results, a universal CO2injection suction equation is established. After the research to determine the reasonable injection pressure, injection rate, injection temperature and injection well pipe string check, a series of gas injection flooding parameters of a CO2.is designed. According to the test area of Jilin oil field injection wells, the final design of wellhead parameters is determined, as well as forming gas injection well in the CO2test area. The injection well mechanics analysis of CO2flooding, and injection pipe strings mechanics check, confirm the safety injection pipe column.Through the CO2EOR technology of wellbore temperature and pressure distribution on the suction capacity of injection wells, and in order toto optimize the design of injection parameters of CO2flooding, the formation of reasonable injection parameters; the CO2flooding injection wellhead design, research and technology process pipe column injection, forming a CO2flooding injection process, to ensure the smooth process of CO2oil, CO2flooding injection safety injection.
