The thesis concludes three parts:1.A diethyl3-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-4-aminothieno 〔2,3-b〕thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate was synthetized.A novel PVC membrane chromium(Ⅲ)ion-selective electrode based on the coordination compound was prepared.The bestPVC membrane components which made the electrode performance well wasobtained through the optimization.The analysis results indicated that the electrodecould exhibit Nernstian response for Cr3+ions in the range of1.0×10-9~1.0×10-3mol/L,the response slope of the electrode was20.27mV/decade,and thedetection limit was8.9×10-10mol/L.The electrode possessed a better selectivity forCr3+ions and strong anti-interference ability,and it could also work in a certain pHrange and a certain component ethanol aqueous solutions.The prepared electrodescould be used as indicator electrodes in titration of Cr3+and for the determination ofCr3+in real samples such as tea-leaves.2.The4-(2-phenyl-1H-imidazo〔4,5-f〕〔1,10〕phenanthrolin-1-yl)phenol wasused as a new carrier for preparing a novel PVC membrane aluminium(Ⅲ)ion-selective electrode.Through the optimization of the membrane components, theelectrode could exhibit excellent Nernstian response for Al3+ions in the range of1.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol/L,with the response slope of18.83mV/decade,and thedetection limit was8.3×10-8mol/L.The electrode displayed a better selectivity for Al3+ions within18s of response time and strong anti-interference ability,and it could alsowork in a certain pH range and a certain component ethanol aqueous solutions.Theprepared electrodes could be used as indicator electrodes in titration of Al3+and forthe determination of Al3+in real samples such as running water.3.A novel PVC membrane bismuth(Ⅲ) ion-selective electrode based on4-(2-phenyl-1H-imidazo〔4,5-f〕〔1,10〕phenanthrolin-1-yl)benzoic acid as membranecarrier was studied.Through the optimization of the membrane electrode components,the electrode could display excellent Nernstian response for Bi3+ions with the response slope of20.33mV/decade in the range of1.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol/L,and thedetection limit was7.4×10-8mol/L.The electrode displayed a fairly good selectivityfor Bi3+ions and strong anti-interference ability,and it could also work in a certain pHrange and a certain component ethanol aqueous solutions.The prepared electrodescould be used as indicator electrodes in titration of Bi3+and for the determination ofBi3+in real samples such as compound bismuth aluminate tablets.
