Study On Preparation And Quality Standard Of Eucommia Health Wine

Eucommia (Eucommia ulmoides Oliv), also known as bakelite, kapok, two national protected plants, is our country peculiar economic tree species, as early as2000years ago, our ancestors had used the Eucommia ulmoides.The dried bark of Eucommia ulmoides in traditional medicine,"Compendium of Materia Medica" will be listed as the best medicines of Eucommiaulmoides Oliv.Anti aging and tocolysis role DuZhongyou buck, anti inflammation,cancer prevention, liver and gallbladder and diuresis, antioxidant. In an increasingly competitive today, stress filled with people’s daily life, human health has become increasingly prominent role. With the improvement of people’s living level and the increasing level of consumption, health wine,more and more people get more attention. In this paper, based on analysis of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of DuZhongpi, American ginseng, wolfberryjujube, Chinese yam, sugar on the preparation of Eucommia ulmoides wine,with Du Zhongpi as the monarch drug for the rest of his prescription; using TLC method to make qualitative analysis on Western Eucommia wineginseng and medlar, using HPLC method the main ingredients of Eucommia ulmoides were determined, the quality standards of Eucommia wine. This will provide the theoretical basis for the development of detailed bark in thedirection of health wine. This study made the following main results:First, respectively by cold maceration, reflow hot dipping method, preparation ofEucommia wineflash extraction method, compared the various methods.Cold method is time-consuming, low efficiency but leaching liquorcomposition fully, Yi Chengqing; reflux extraction efficiency is high cold method. Two, the eucommia bark wine turbidity removal process were investigated.The experiments useactivated carbon, diatomite,045μm cellulose acetate membrane filtration effect of Eucommia wine quality were compared, found that the cellulose acetate membrane filter liquor sensory evaluation has obvious change, wine kind become clear and shiny, placed after January turbidity has no obvious change; diatomite clarification effect is better than that of activated carbon, but two clarification effects are worse than the filtering effect of cellulose acetate membrane, liquor taste, placed after a month had a small amount of precipitation Three, physical and chemical indicators of Eucommia wine were analyzed, measure the alcohol was40.8%and total solids were determined for0.9382g/100ml; harmful substances including methanol inspection (methanol, fusel oil≤0.03%) inspection (fusel oil≤0.2%), lead salt inspection (lead content<1mg/l), by inspection in accordance with the provisions.Four, by using the method of TLC for Atlantic Eucommia wine ginseng and medlar are qualitatively analyzed. American ginseng and medlar were prepared for the test solution and the reference solution, respectively, on the same high silica gel plate, the sample solution and the reference solution showed the same spots at the corresponding position.Five, using the method of HPLC content on the main components of Eucommia ulmoides pinoresinol glucoside were determined two. Methods Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column, mobile phase of methanol:water (21:79); flow rate:1.0ml/min; the detection wavelength:277nm, detector temperature of25℃; amount of sample is50uL. The standard curve is:y=338.68x+2.0575. The results show that pinoresinol two glucoside in the range of0.0534-0.534ug peak area and the amount of sample had good linear relationship; RSD of precision was1.023%(n=6) test results show that, with good precision; repeatability test RSD was1.023%(n=6), the results showed that the method had good repeatability; stability test of RSD0.52%, results show that for the test, stable solution within48h; recovery test, the average recovery was96.756%, RSD2.304%. Select seven different batches of samples were determined.Six, this test method is simple and accurate, and can be used as the quality control standard of Eucommia health wine.
