ABSTRACT:The complex physical mechanics environment of the deep rock mass has greatly increased the stability problem of the surrounding rock of the ore-drawing roadway, which has been an important research subject of deep rock mechanics. Combined with the stability problem of the ore-drawing roadway which located at the bottom of the stope in Dongguashan copper mine, the stability of the surrounding rock of the ore-drawing roadway under different tectonic stress and dynamic disturbance is studied through the way of the indoor rock mechanics experiment, the field geologic survey, the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation. The following contents are mainly studied and analyzed in this paper:1. The summary of the main factors influencing the stability of the surrounding rock of the ore-drawing roadway and the coordination mechanism of the surrounding rock and the supporting structure are conducted. Besides, the elastic-plastic analysis of circular tunnel is made to get the displacement and stress change rule of the elastic zone and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the ore-drawing roadway. At the same time, the stress change rule is verified combined with FLAC3D software. The equivalent method which can be used to analyze the elastic-plastic mechanics of the straight wall arch tunnel is pointed out.2. The stability of the unsupported ore-drawing roadway in Dongguashan#16,#17,#18stope line52is simulated by FLAC3D when the mining and backfilling of stope. Besides, the actual supporting effect of Dongguashan copper mine is surveyed on spot. Some beneficial conclusions can be obtained through the comparison of the two situations.3. Using the typical rock sample get from Dongguashan copper mine, the experiment of indoor uniaxial compression and triaxial compression test is carried on to obtain the physical and mechanical material parameters of the rock, meanwhile, the deformation law and the failure modes of rock under the uniaxial compression are studied. The geological situation of the rock in the north area of the Dongguashan copper mine line60is investigated with the method of RMR. The reduction of the mechanics parameters is made for numerical analysis according to the indoor rock mechanics experiments and the the RMR score values obtained from the field geological survey results.4. The displacement, the plastic zone and the maximum tensile stress of the ore-drawing roadway under different tectonic stress coefficient is analyzed to get the effect of the horizontal tectonic stress on stability of the ore-drawing roadway, which reveals the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the ore-drawing roadway.5. The influence of the surrounding rock of ore-drawing roadway under dynamic disturbance is theoretical analyzed in elastic state, we can know the relationship of the peak particle vibration velocity between the incident plane and the free face of the roadway, and that of the elastoplastic state obtained by FLAC3D numerical simulation. The mechanics deformation law of the ore-drawing roadway under the action of dynamic loading peak stress and different tectonic stress coefficient with dynamic load is studied as well.6. The surrounding rock mechanics response of the ore-drawing roadway under the combined support pattern of bolt, bar-mat reinforcement and shotcrete joint is analyzed by FLAC3D.
