Rare-earth-doped conversion luminescent material is widely used in solid state laser,fluorescent probe,3D display, color display field etc. We carried on the research ofEu3+/Er3+/Yb3+doped NaYF4conversion luminescent material,and NaYF4conversionluminescent material was synthesized through the three different preparation methods.By using the NaYF4as the up conversion material, Eu3+/Er3+/Yb3+luminescencematerials as the activator of up conversion material in sol gel method, we study the effect ofsynthesis temperature and Eu3+doping concentration on the properties of Eu3+/Er3+/Yb3+Codoped NaYF4powders, we take the temperature as550℃,600℃,650℃,700℃,750℃,andthe on conversion luminescence material component is NaY0.785-xF4:0.2Yb3+/0.015Er3+/xEu3+(x=0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05). Research results show that: the synthesis temperature is650℃, the light intensity of the sample in792nm laser excitation is the highest, the peak islocated near the398nm and614nm; when the Eu3+doped concentration is4%,the he lightintensity of the sample is higher.By solid state reaction method we prepared different samples at different temperature,the samples were characterized and analyzed, and the results showed that at850℃the phaseand the light intensity of Eu3+/Er3+/Yb3+Co-doped NaYF4sample is better,and the powdersample is better than that of other samples prepared.By co-precipitation method, we compare the effect of the different luminescenceproperties doped in the samples. In the same conditions, using the oxalic acid as theprecipitator made a better phase, and a better luminescent intensity.We also study the incorporation of Li+ions influence on the luminescence properties ofNaY0.745F4:0.2Yb3+/0.015Er3+/0.04Eu3+. The results show that: a small amount of Li+dopedcan improve the luminous intensity of samples.
