Soybean oil is generally based on the green soybean after softening billets as raw material, By organic solvent extraction method for the preparation of vegetable oil products, with a variety of functional nutrients,Such as tocopherols, phytosterols, etc.Due to the different influence factors in each functional nutrients, making the guarantee on the soybean oil yield, and get rich in physiologically active substances soybean oil is limited. So take effective approach to ensure the soybean oil yield, and to ensure that physiologically active substances reduce losses in the processing, become a key technical problem to be solved.For soybean oil production and refining process of low oil yield,high energy consumption and loss of physiologically active ingredients problems, this study green and after extrusion pellets as raw material, ultrasonic assisted in the lower soybean oil extraction temperature, in the process of its various physical and chemical indicators to monitor and study their craft with the traditional distinction between crude oil was obtained which exists after the refined oil products obtained what difference, developed both to meet factory energy conservation, improve economic efficiency but also to meet consumer demand for high nutritional demand of soybean oil well conditions. The main work of this paper and the main results and conclusions formed as follows:Studied by single factor experiment with green soybeans as raw materials, the ultrasonic assisted extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction liquid ratio and ultrasonic frequency and soybean oil yield of functional ingredients, and with the same conditions not soybean extraction process under ultrasonic assisted contrast, the results show that:with extraction time, extraction temperature, liquid ratio and the ultrasonic frequency increases, the oil rate, phosphorus content and tocopherol content showed a gradual increase in the last leveling off of the trend. By orthogonal test shows that the extraction temperature30℃, liquid ratio4:1, extraction time40min, ultrasonic frequency40kHz, the conditions under soybean oil yield and a higher tocopherol content. Soybean oil for further study in the refining process, refined overcome extreme environments, sufficient to maintain a high concentration of the physiologically active ingredient to provide a basis.After the raw material for extrusion, extrusion discussed after the pellets as raw materials in ultrasonic assisted under the reaction conditions on soybean oil yield and composition of functional effects, according to the test results and response surface optimization results:contrast material for the green test should be selected raw materials extrusion pretreatment pellets, the process parameters for the extraction temperature54.64℃, liquid ratio4.12:1, extraction time 51.35min, ultrasonic frequency54.26kHz when soybean oil yield and high tocopherol content of this condition. Good fit between the oil yield and predicted values and experimental values between tocopherol content confirmed the validity of the model.According to two different ways to build refineries test by comparing the analysis of refined oil were investigated in two different ways to obtain refined oil products, as well as its conventional indicators of physiological active substance content analysis of the pros and cons. Thereby determining a plant both reduce energy consumption and maximize plant efficiency, energy conservation, but also to meet consumer demand for high nutritional oil production process.The significance of the study had solved key technology.Using extrusion pretreatment of raw materials combined ultrasonic to extract at lower temperatures,Not only it can ensured rich nutrients and food security of the soybean oil to the greatest extent, and more significantly improved the soybean oil yield efficiency and its physiological active substances,The process by-products, soybean pulp, was also higher than traditional extraction of soybean pulp under high temperature, after its also has a larger advantage using in feed.To apply this technology in oil production of nutritional value, it could significantly reduce the energy consumption of the factory, energy conservation and emissions reduction, and improved the quality of product, reduce loss of physiological active substances in the soybean oil leaching and refining process to increase economic benefits to some extent.This study of ultrasonic assisted extraction of soybean oil at low temperatures,would be welcomed by oil production industry, the oil companies and the future development of soybean pulp market would also produce certain effect.ResultsThrough systematic research, this topic found a process that was a simple process, low cost, high safety and produced high quality finished product of soybean oil-high in physiological active substances, and the by-products in extraction process, soybean pulp and soybean oil also has high quality, better than the soybean pulp of traditional technology, and was suitable for leaching and refining soybean oil of industrial production.
