Using hydroxypropyl starch (HPDSP) as film material, adding polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), using a twin screw extrusion granulation, starch composite film for film blowing method of single screw extruder. By mechanics, determination of starch membrane permeability, chroma, thermal stability, transparency and other indicators, and through the infrared spectrum (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) the main results are as follows:1. To improve the compatibility between PHA and starch. PHA and starch granule has poor compatibility of two kinds of materials, separation occurs in the process of granulation. To research on compatibility improvement through a variety of methods, finally determins by adding maleic anhydride as a compatibilizer to improve the compatibility between PHA and starch, the maleic anhydride adding1%amount of starch and PHA content.2. With the addition of PHA, HPDSP/PHA composite membranes shows bettermechanical properties, water resistance and transmittance. Adding the12%PHA composite films shows high performance.3. By adding montmorillonite nano composite film corresponding, to certainaspects of change on membrane performance. Addition of DK4organic modified montmorillonite membrane strength increased, and good water resistance, good thermal stability. Adding raw montmorillonite on membrane effect of poor corresponding properties.4. Acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC), epoxidizes soybean oil (ESO), polyethylene glycol(PEG), epoxy ester (EFAME) as the second plasticizer, and glycerol (GLY)composition of plasticizer. Two kinds of additions of plasticizer makes the glasstransition temperature of HPDSP/PHA composite membrane changes, thus changing the composite film crystallinity. PEG/GLY is a starch/PHA/OMMT composite film is the mosteffective plasticizer.
