This pape’s research target is the model of machine tool spindle box system, about this target, this paper carried out the following several aspects:Compared with the traditional method of tolerance design and the Computer Aided3D Tolerance theory method we get:Computer Aided3D Tolerance technology to research modern mechanical product, test product and the market reaction are have huge advantage than the traditional method.Combined with the designer care about the machining precision of machine tool, I use the technology of Computer Aided3D Tolerance for machine tool spindle system. First to do a evaluation for this experience of tolerance design and then find out a greater influence factors on the precision of the spindle system, for the following size tolerance adjustment and the optimization.Combining the real working condition of machine tool, under affected by real factor to search the machine tool spindle system key size, sensitivity, contribution and the effect of final assembling machine tool spindle system, to do a tolerance optimization to achieve a foundation for the further research in the real environment.Combining with the machining cost in different size tolerance.
