As the manufacturing industry is rapidly changing,it is an urgent problem to be solved how to ensure the reliability and correctness of the initial design plan in the early stage of product design.Spindle as the core functions of machine tool parts,its performance has been the evaluation index of machine tool performance.Based on the analysis of computer-aided Tolerance Design and Design of spindle system status at home and abroad,the paper systematically studies the error model of the spindle system,the mathematical model of tolerance constraint and tolerance analysis methods etc.,and develops the tolerance analysis software of spindle system.Finally,we use tolerance analysis software CETOL 6sigma to verify the accuracy and reliability of the research results.The main content of this paper is summarized as follows:Chapter one: Based on expounding the research status of computer-aided Tolerance Design and Design of spindle system,and analyzing the problems existing in the present study,we propose the subject of this study.Finally,the main content and framework of the thesis are briefly introduced.Chapter two: Analyzing this topic research ideas and methods,and studying related theories and methods of spindle error modeling,we establish two support spindle system error model.Simultaneously,we study the mathematical model of constraint of size tolerance and form and position tolerances,and focus on describing the tolerance semantics of dimensional tolerances in cylindrical auxiliary contact and geometric tolerances in parallelism and roundness in detail.Finally,we study sensitivity,contribution and common method of tolerance analysis,and derive in detail calculation formula about them.These will be provided a theoretical basis for tolerance analysis software of the spindle system.Chapter three: Comparing the various software development platform,then we select Matlab software as development platform.From the function modules of the software analysis,design process of the software,user interface of the software etc.,the paper expounds in detail development process of tolerance analysis software of spindle system,which provides a good platform and tool for the following analysis of various types of spindle system.By a spindle system of machine tool plant as an example,taking the tolerance design scheme by analogy method as the original one,the design effect isinspected by simulating.According to the contribution and sensitivity of various main tolerances,the original tolerance design scheme is modified and optimized finally.Finally based on the optimized tolerance value,we combine the span parameter and tolerance design to study the changing rule between the span parameter and the assembly quality.Chapter four: Studying the differences and similarities of common tolerance analysis software,we use CAD software to establish the three-dimensional geometric model of shaft system,and simplifies the structure.Then using tolerance analysis software CETOL6 sigma,from the target of the analysis,the relationship of motion pair between the various parts,the relationship of the topology of the various parts,we establish a simulation model of tolerance design of spindle system to verify the accuracy and reliability of the research results.Chapter five: We summarize the content and research work of the full text,and discuss the follow-up study.
