In the crushing engineering machinery, jaw crusher plays an important space and especially in the coarse crushing is widely applied in various fields Jaw crusher is mainly composed of a fixed part, rotating part, insurance device and adjusting device, the fixed part and rotating part are main body of jaw crusher that bear large loads in the process of working, and undertake the task of vertical free movement to adjust device of rotating body. In terms of the research direction of crushing machine, improving the crushing efficiency, reducing production cost and improving working performance of product is the focus of current study.In this paper, PE600X900jaw crusher as an object of the study, the main research of paper includes following points:(1)The analysis of the crushing mechanism of jaw crusher, in single particle crushing theory, the design of three kinds of single particles of different material crushing machine test, and simulated the crushing force, with crushing force data improvement for the kinematics analysis and structure of crusher;(2)The paper built3D model of the main parts, assembled parts and components based on the principle, then, interference analysis is done to ensure its accuracy,providing a mechanism model for kinematic and finite element analysis;(3)The paper researched and analysed the crank rocker mechanism of mathematical model of crusher, and deduced theoretical derivation, analysed the simulation of three kinds under different conditions in the ADAMS dynamics software using virtual prototype technology,combined with the theoretical derivation to simulation results for qualitative analysis, and evaluated the structural model that has been designed;(4)The key parts of eccentric axis, moving jaw and frame of jaw crusher to finite element were researched based on the3D modeling and kinematic studies, the stress and strain nephogram and finite element numerical analysis table of these parts were obtained. The simulation results were studied, and put forward amendments,and reanalysed the modified key parts,providing theoretical support and reference design method for structural design of jaw parts and structure improvement of subsequent crusher. (5)The results show that, the crushing force in the cavity are mainly distributed in the middle and near the discharging mouth position, providing the reference for structure improvement of jaw crusher; kinematics simulation analysis was carried out based on the three conditions of material, and compared the theoretical calculation and test results, the simulation results are further analyzed, the simulation and theoretical analysis results are consistent, finite element analysis was carried out with ANSYS finite element software platform for key parts of jaw crusher, without impairing the strength under the condition of structure improvement, obtain:(1) the maximum stress of the eccentric axis optimized reduced from279.99Mpa to219.35Mpa, its quality is increased from757.90Kg to75.09Kg, the increased rate is only2.26%;(2)After the optimization of the moving stress more evenly, maximum value increased from159.11Mpa to260.32Mpa of the modified model, quality is decreased from3113.70Kg to2793.30Kg, a reduction of10.29, representing a decrease of10.29%,(3) Modal analysis of the rack, and obtained the first6order natural frequency and vibration mode, get the minimum natural frequency of=25.00Hz, the minimum natural frequency of61.51Hz is much smaller than the simulation results, it will not caused resonance in the working process.
