In recent years, the environment pollution has become an increasingly serious problem. The Environmental Protection is getting more and more attention by all countries. Electrostatic Precipitator is a very effective device to reduce air pollution, with high consumption of energy, expensive and low efficiecy, traditional frequency power has been increasingly unable to satify the requirements of modern dus. With the development of numerical control technology, high-frequency power technology is increasingly recognized.First of all, this paper describes the electrostatic precipitator theory and current situation of domestic and foreign research, introduces traditional frequency power’s characteristics and insufficient, pointes out that high-frequency power is the developing direction of electrostatic precipitation. The ideal mode and the actual mode of the high-frequency power are introduced. In the actual mode is divided into two operating modes, the appropriate operating mode is choosed by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of both. According to the design requirements for choosing the right main circuit, the control system includes sampling protection circuit, PWM control circuit and driver circuit. A water-cooled system is designed for protection of the high-frequency power.Secondly, according to the circuit characteristic of LCC, PID closed-loop control is selected, which is adapted to frequency adjustment and voltage regulation; according to the variation of output voltage and output current, it is judged whether the spark occours, the output current using hardware circuit directly determine flashover, According to the requirements of electrostatic precipitator electric field, it improved three-phase optimal spark rate control, water-cooled system uses LCP technology to control the temperature of the power supply.Finally, with the help of internship company, the experimental is recorded and analysised.
