Overflow dyeing machine has wide adaptability, good dyeing effect, bath ratio, etc. Theyare widely used in cotton, cotton fiber, blended yarn and chemical fiber fabric dyeing process.With the development of society, energy saving, consumption reduction, emission reductionas the main direction of development of overflow dyeing machine, and its related technologyresearch has become a hot research of overflow dyeing machine. In this paper, aiming at theoverflow dyeing machine temperature imbalance, heat dissipating capacity larger issues,through the overflow dyeing machine flow field, temperature field simulation analysis,guidance and completed technology research body shell insulation. Specific studies are asfollows:According to the dyeing process and the process of overflow dyeing machine, throughthe analysis of the fluid flow model, the RNGk-ε turbulence model as the overflow dyeingmachine flow model, choose the flow equation of gas-liquid two-phase as overflow dyeingprocess equation of flow field analysis;Establish the overflow channel model was examined by using3D drawing softwareSolidworks, the three-dimensional model is imported into Fluent mesh and calculation ofgeometric model. In the Fluent calculation according to the parameters of overflow dyeingmachine working parameters in the actual production of boundary conditions and solutioncalculation; and according to the actual dye flow parameters in dyeing process and flow state,establish mathematical model of overflow dyeing machine. Finally, after treatment withFluent, the analysis results of flow field and temperature field of the dyeing machine.
