Synthesis Of Some New Benzimidazole Derivatives

Benzimidazole heterocycles,excellent biological activity and goodpharmacological effect is widely used in medicine.This novel benzimidazole compounds from the structure is divided into twoparts, one is the conventional structure of benzimidazole compounds, the other part istriazole amide derivatives structure. The manufacture of this new benzimidazolecompound and Japan’s Nissan Chemical Industries, Ltd. developed for the control offruit trees, vegetables and late blight, downy mildew amisulbrom the creation processis very similar, except that with benzimidazole compounds instead of its indole ring.This article was synthesized7target compounds through eight steps which havenot been reported. because of benzimidazole compounds and triazole sulfonamidecompounds have a good bactericidal activity in the existing commercial fungicides,the original intention of this article is to synthesis more efficient fungicide.
