People have been looking for the good environmental compatibility and diverse mechanisms herbicides with high efficiency since the late19th century. People play more and more attention to triazole schiff base compounds due to their antibacterial, anti-tumor, anti-virus and other biological activity.12new compounds——3-Trifluoromethyl-4-aromatic imine-5-(3-trifluoromethyl phenoxy)-1,2,4-trizole(I-5a~Ⅰ-51) were designed and synthesized by introducing trifluoromethylphenyl moiety into the triazole schiff base structure.As agricultural chemicals, amide compounds are used as highly selective herbicides. Aryoxy acetic (propanoic) acid compounds are widely used as herbicides in the growing of grain, vegetables, fruits, and so on. However,4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidinyl salicylic acids are also as herbicides due to the advantages of high herbicidal. low toxicity.33diamide compounds——N-cyclohexyl-2-substituted phenyl-2-[N-substituted phenyl-substituted benzoyl amino]acetamide (II-3A1-II-3A3,Ⅱ-3B1-II-3B2, II-3C1-II-3C27) were designed and synthesized via Ugi reaction in one pot.The structures of all target compounds have been confirmed by H NMR and elemental analysis, some of them were also characterized by MS and IR spectroscopy, their spectral properties, synthetic methods, reaction conditions were also studied. In addition, the preliminary biological activities of the target compounds were evaluated. The results shows that some compounds displayed good herbicidal activity, and their structures and herbicidal activity relationships were also investigated.
