At present,in the process of buckwheat shell industry,due to the lack of updated equipment and the corresponding test analysis,there are some problems have arisen,like the low productivity and the high power consumption. For further development and innovation of the buckwheat shell industry,which has a broad prospect,this paper has analyzed the motion parameter of the shelling machine and explored the application of TPLM60rotary sieve classifier in the process of buckwheat shelling through experiment.Moreover,aimed at the lack of flow detection device in the process,this paper has proposed adopting microwave solid flowmeter to detect the flow of the husking machine and the rotary sieve classifier.As a result,the experiment has achieved some good results.Specifically, aimed at the experiment factors,such as the flow of the husking machine,the husking gap,the flow of rotary sieve classifier,the vibrational frequency,and the sieve plate factors,this paper take the productivity and the power consumption as index to measure the effect of those factors and finally got the most power saving working parameters.These achievements will offer a specific experiment way for further improving the buckwheat husking equipment,and offer a data foundation for production testing.Finally,for some problems which need to be solved in the future,like how to measure the interaction of each factors,this paper has proposed specific suggestions and prospects.
