Mine drainage system is one of the five systems, as the country’s attention on mine safety production and technological level, the mine safety monitoring system in the daily management of the drainage system has been widely used. However, the existing safety system for monitoring large multiple data acquisition, light result analysis, observation and visibility is poor intuitive interface, PC software secondary development systems is difficult, no longer meet the monitoring requirements of modern mining.To solve these problems, this paper Guangxi Buddha Gu Yi Mining Co. mine drainage system running actual, for the system to monitor the management made the following two aspects of the optimization design:One is beneficial to the ancient original KJ70N coal mine monitoring system based on the database data source using SQL database access technology, DDE communication technologies for monitoring with Configuration6.5.3PC software has been redesigned, completed sump and pump water level monitoring, alarm reporting system, trend curve functionality and user permissions settings and write the corresponding command language.Second, gray theory as the guiding ideology, the use of differential equations, a linear regression and other mathematical tools to establish beneficial mineral water ancient gray model GM (1,1), for predicting the water level rise in a given time. For solving complex model, the actual operation of a difficult situation, the use of visual basic software and Excel spreadsheet software and prepared the water level forecast prediction calculation table, to better meet the needs of different mines. Optimized system tested by actual input, the overall picture is intuitive, easy to operate, high utilization of information resources, integration with existing monitoring systems in good running condition is stable. Ancient drainage system for the benefit of the daily management of the mine has brought great convenience, the overall effect has been significantly improved monitoring.
