China is a large coal mining country.Due to the special nature of coal mining environment,accidents are extremely prone to be happened during coal mining.It is urgent to use modern high-tech means to remotely monitor and prevent the hidden dangers of coal mines by using remote wireless personnel to locate video surveillance methods while improving the safety awareness of coal mining practitioners and standardizing coal mine underground mining work and management.This thesis studies and designs a wireless network-based underground mine personnel positioning video monitoring system to realize real-time tracking of underground workers,real-time monitoring of underground working environment,improve the modernized management level of coal mine underground safety production,and assist the underground accident personnel when necessary,based on the coal mine underground operation management system project.Firstly,the thesis briefly describes the contents of underground coal mine operations and the basic characteristics of underground operation management,and analyzes the current situation and problems of underground operation personnel management,and analyzes the technology feasibility,operational feasibility,economic feasibility and social feasibility of developing and implementing underground personnel positioning and video monitoring system based on wireless network technology,and analyzes the necessity of system development from the two dimensions of downhole operation and downhole operation management.Secondly,the thesis clarifies the overall goal of the underground video surveillance system and the functional objectives of the system,analyzes the business process and problems of the underground operation management,and analyzes the functional requirements of the system from five aspects,such as personnel positioning,video monitoring,emergency paging and alarm,attendance management,system management.The non-functional requirements of the system such as system reliability,ease of operation and scalability is also discussed in the thesis.Then the application structure of the underground personnel positioning subsystem and the underground video monitoring subsystem is designed.The design schemes of system management,personnel positioning,video monitoring,emergency paging and alarm and attendance management are discussed in detail,and the system is introduced.Database of the system and system client interface are designed in this thesis.Finally,the hardware implementation of the system is introduced,and the architecture of the hardware construction of the system is discussed,and a test plan for each functional module of the system is provided.
