Shu1area heavy oil reservoir is the main battlefield of the deliverability replacement inLiaohe oil field during the period of "twelfth five-year" plan. Development method of CyclicSteam Stimulation was used in industrial production in1996. Since2000, the scale ofproduction reached1million tons. The oil production is2.9million tons nowadays. However,as the production scale expands unceasingly, the heavy oil CSS development contradictionsgradually exposed. First, due to the increase of CSS rounds, the development performancegradually becomes poor, and per heavy oil well has about2-3rounds yearly, therefore thebase of stable oil field production becomes weak. Second, the oil production of CSS welldeclines quickly and recovery ratio is low. According to statistics, the decline rate of CSS isabout25%, predictably the recovery ratio of CSS stage is not higher than24%. Therefore, through collaboration of the domestic and overseas research, Steam Assisted GravityDrainage (English abbreviation SAGD) development method has the feasibility and greatereconomic benefits. But at the moment there are not the reasonal methods of strategy-making and standardsabout dynamic tracking and dynamic prediction in the process of SAGD production, and thelater adjustment and control measures in according to different development. At the same timeit also affected the further promotion, decision making and application of SAGD technology. There is currently no mature SAGD development dynamic tracking, dynamic control(injection-production parameters, etc.) technology in China. Therefore carry out the researchof SAGD dynamic control technology which has the important significance on the applicationof SAGD technology.
