With the people’s demand for energy growing rapidly,heavyoil and other non-conventional energy has been paid more and more attention.Heavy oil resources are widely distributedin China, oil resource amount reaching300×108t. At present, cyclic steam stimulation is theeffective method in heavy oil reservoir. It can increase drainage area, reduce the pressure ofsteam injection, steam absorption ability enhancement, reduce heat loss by horizontal well.Cyclic steam stimulation with horizontal well is a major way to improve the developmenteffect in super heavy oil and heavy oil reservoir with edge and bottom water.But it’s a large,high risk investment,so it is necessary to optimize this technology, having an importantguiding significance for the efficient development of heavy oil reservoir.This paper firstly introduces the classification and characteristics of heavy oil reservoircombining with the Shengtuo oilfield.Based on the investigation about cyclic steamstimulation with horizontal well of domestic and foreign, cyclic steam stimulation mechanismand production characteristics is analysised. Secondly, combined with the recovery predictionformula of cyclic steam stimulation development reservoir, the effects is studyed the viscosity,permeability, reservoir thickness, ratio of net gross thickness, reservoir pressure, the originaloil saturation, reservoir heterogeneity and edge bottom water energy and steam dryness, cyclicsteam injection, steam injection rate, injection steam pressure, the length of horizontal well oncyclic steam stimulation with horizontal well. Thirdly, the wellbore steam injection process isstudyed, the calculation method of steam injection wellbore heat loss deriving. Finally, thecalculation method of some parameters in cyclic steam stimulation is introduced, optimizingdesign of injection production parameters with numerical simulation method, the typical heavyoil reservoir in Shengtuo oilfield as an example.
