ASP flooding scale was formed by the interaction actions of physical and chemicalreactions at the same time including carbonates, amorphous silica, silicates and co-depositionof different particles, with its treatment process is difficult, affecting oil normal production.Existing scale inhibitor can be a good solution to the problem carbonate scale, but for silicascale treatment ineffective. Therefore, research and development of a new type of resistivesilicon agent has far-reaching significance for the development of oil fields. Silicon scaleinhibition were researched systematically in this paper.A series of PMAMA dendrimers from0.5G to4.0G were synthesized through repetitiveMichael addition and amidation condensation reaction. The optimized synthesis conditions of0.5generation(0.5G) and1.0generation(1.0G) PAMAM are studied in this paper. Thesynthesis conditions of Half a generation of PAMAM are35℃(0.5G,30℃),24hours, feedratio greater than the theoretical value. The yield of epoxysuccinic acid was98%. A wholegeneration of PAMAM are25℃,24hours, feed ratio greater than the theoretical value. Theyield of epoxysuccinic acid was99%.The silicon scale inhibition of PAMAM and PAMAM+PESA by static method. Based onthe above analysis of test results: generations PAMAMs (1.0G~4.0G)can efficiently inhibitcolloid silica formation.The tests the effects of NH2-terminated PAMAMs by factors such asalgebra, dosage, temperature on colloid silica formation. In the pH=7,40℃, dosage80mg/L,the scale inhibition effect results show that2.0G>1.0G>3.0G>4.0G; However,combined PESA and PAMAM can prevent white floc and improve the inhibition performanceof PAMAM. With the increase of PESA dosage, scale inhibition rate is also rising, reducewhite insoluble floc precipitates.When35mg/L PESA with2.0G-PAMAM dosage80mg/L,the anti-scaling rate is10%highe compared with2.0G-PAMAM was used independently. Thewhite insoluble floc precipitates disappeared in the solution. PAMAM-PESA are certain scaleinhibition effect of silicate, inhibit the formation of calcium silicate. At conditions of initialSiO2concentration500mg/L calcium, solutions dosed with100mg/L PAMAM and45mg/LPESA, the anti-scaling rate was more than55%. Description PESA-PAMAM pharmaceuticalcompound has good synergy on silica scale inhibition.
