In the process of coal production, production safety has been one of the most importantissues in mine. In recent years, more and more coal mine water inrush accidents have caused great harm to the safety of life and property, and have seriously affected the coal mine safety operations. Therefore, the study of mine water inrush prevention treatment approaches has become one of the key technologies of coal mining safety. Mine water inrush event will cause serious consequences, not only seriously jeopardizing the lives and safety of mine workers, and can also cause significant economic losses, making the subsequent rescue efforts afterward very difficult, which is why water inrush focus on prevention and early warning. Although most widely used water inrush hazard treatments can resolve the problem, none of them can not make advance warning of the accident or quickly find the location of water inrush. In recent years, with the development of optical technology and embedded systems, these two techniques are increasingly used in various fields of production and daily life. This paper combines these two technologies and designs a system which can monitor mine water quality and send warnings of water hazard. This paper analyzes the mine water damage and the premise of water quality monitoring technology at home and abroad, details the LIF laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy, taking monitoring changes in water quality ingredients as a starting point, designs a water spectrometer data acquisition system based on FPGA. The system uses Altera’s EP3C25as the master chip, choosing Nd:YAG laser to irradiate water source, the R928photomultiplier tube to detect and convert the fluorescence signal, FPGA data acquisition module for the collection and transmission of electrical signals to the host for processing, adding DP83848Ethernet for the remote update of FPGA project The system detects the fluorescence spectra real-timely and monitor the changes in the chemical composition of the groundwater, rapidly detecting of changes in mine water to achieve water inrush warning. Finally, this paper designs test signal source similar to the actual fluorescence signal and completes FPGA data acquisition module simulation and data reliability testing. Test results show that the study of this article has made some achievements, and the designed hardware acquisition system meets the requirements of the subject...
