There exsits a layer thickness of30-50m calcareous clay layer between300-400m in Huainan mining area, The clay layer due to its low thermal conductivity, Poor can be frozen and swelling, it often occur tube rupture accident during shaft freezing construction to the horizon, On the soil characteristics, Using similar simulation experiment and numerical calculation method, and thick calcareous clay layer temperature field is studied in the rule of development.We can draw the conclusion form the Similar simulation experiment that the curve of each temperature measuring point from space and times is roughly like irregular saddle,Calcareous clay layer of frozen wall forming and frozen wall melt time ratio of1:2.57, Thickness of frozen wall in5hours (circle)-19hours between development speed is17.9mm/h; In19hours to70hours, thickness of frozen wall development speed is1.96mm/h, The actual speed thickness of frozen wall in the early development is0.0123m/d, In the late of0.0014m/d, Much smaller than sandy clay ore Zhang Ji north wind well the early stage of the frozen wall thickness is0.0515m/d, In the late development velocity of0.02m/d.There were dozens of root in huainan Yang Cun during the construction process of freezing pipe fracture phenomenon.In this paper, we establish the actual position of freezing pipes through the frozen pipe actual deflection position, and also considering the fracture of freezing pipes。Refine the coefficient of thermal conductivity interval, adopt the method of inversion of Yang Cun during freezing temperature field is calculated and predicted The result shows temperature from-10℃~13℃, the difference of the temperature between numerical calculation results and the measured results from surrond well is-0.7℃~0.4℃, it Shows that the results of numerical calculation is reliable, the parameters through inversion process is reasonable,which can provide reference for the freeze design of the clay layer and construction of the huainan coal mine.
