Coal is main energy in our country, in order to achieve the constant demand for energy, mining need a lot of useful minerals. The overlying strata after coal seam and the underground complex changes have taken place in the original stress, this results in the formation of surface movement deformation and collapse pit, in order to realize the coal bring huge economic benefits to people at the same time, ensure no damage to the environment of people’s life quality is not affected, need through the establishment of surface movement observation station over in mining working face, through to the observatory data monitoring, surface movement curve drawing, calculating the dynamic parameters, analysis of surface movement deformation law provide the basis for reasonable planning and environmental governance.The main content of this paper is a combination of panbei coal mine11113working face of geological and hydrological data, the comprehensive analysis of11113face well fluctuation situation, setting surface movement observation station. Through the measured data to calculate working face in the cross section of the main deformation, describes the sinking curve, tilt, curvature of curve and level movement, horizontal deformation curve.Through its deformation characteristics for the face amount of Angle parameters and dynamic parameters, the probability integral method is used to model the11113face of panbei mine exploitation situation of surface subsidence, through the estimated parameters, sinking contour, and compared with the measured values, the analysis is reasonable and the measurement accuracy.Then analysis of panbei coal surface movement deformation law under the specific geological environment, formulate rational mining of pan north mining area environment planning schemes have a reference.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:1) The study area geology hydrological situation:transportation and natural geographical conditions of panbei mine, after the face profile and mining geology hydrological situation. The mine coal mining method and roof management method.2) Design and observation station description:Observation line position and the length of the scheme design, layout of measuring points, each phase of the observatories general situation. 3) The surface movement deformation law of research:Dynamic change regularity of surface movement deformation and surface movement deformation parameters and characteristic point parameter is expected to solve.4) Probability integral method of parameters is expected and mobile deformation inversion:by using the theory of probability integral method and calculate the probability integral method estimated parameters, and to inversion of surface movement deformation law, eliminate influence of adjacent working face.5) Analysis of11113specific geological conditions of panbei mine subsidence laws particularity, sum up experience.
