The exploitation of underground coal resources damaged the balance of ecological environment, buildings and structures. Surface movement parameters' optimal properties decide the forecasting accuracy. Calculating the surface movement parameters and the ground subsidence trend prediction is the main content of this paper.This article based on the measured data of 35 observatories in Tiefa mining area, through the observation data's processing and analysis acquired the initial of surface movement parameters, including expected parameters (sinking coefficientq, main influencing radius tangent tgβ, inflection point mobile distance S and Maximum lowering Angleθ). In the second stage of renewal and establish 4 surface movement observatory measured data, according to 39 surface movement observatory and results, using Matlab2009 calculated the surface movement predicted parameter,and providing the reference for regression analysis surface movement deformation.The results of this paper have some theoretical value and significance for mine areas of deep mining in Tiefa coal mine and the similar surface subsidence prediction & controlling "three times"mining.
