| Sulfur in coal energy has a great impact on coal energy applications, especiallyfor the environment. Desulfurization method is more and more, microbial coaldesulfurization technology has many advantages in many desulfurization methods,such as low cost, low energy consumption, simple desulfurization process, mildreaction conditions, and no damaging effects on the environment and so on. Microbialdesulfurization technology for coal desulfurization has very good efficiency. It hasfar-reaching significance on how to make good use of microbial desulfurizationtechnology.It used to use the single strains for microbial desulfurization of coal in theprevious articles. This paper adopts the mixed strains of ferrooxidans to dodesulfurization experiment. Seed culture results showed that: ferrooxidans grow wellat about30℃, pH value below2. In this condition, its growth curve measured resultsare shown that: on the sixth day ferrooxidans can reach the peak of logarithmicgrowth, the number of bacteria can reach1.5x107/L, it also can reach more than10dduring the relatively stable period.In the coal desulfurization experiment, it respectively does research on coaldesulfurization experiments microbial leaching and microbial flotation method, andthrough the single factor experiment study on the influential factors of ferrooxidans inmicrobial desulfurization process, including the processing mode, bacteria liquiddosage, coal particle size and processing time, and find out the best experimentalconditions. The experimental results show that: after28days of leaching, the highestdesulfurization effect is closed to40%.The total sulfur removal rate is46.12%underthe optimal conditions by microbial flotation method.In the gas desulfurization experiment to research the effect on desulfurizationfrom the hydrogen sulfide content and the air velocity through absorption tower twoaspects, The experimental results show that: under the optimal conditions, thedesulfurization efficiency can reach more than90%. While the results of9K culturemedium after desulfurization show that: adjusting the pH value and adding a smallamount of salt solution, adding the amount of bacteria in the growth cycle of thebacteria, and the sulfur which generated in the absorbent liquid need be filtered outperiodically. Then the recycling using9K culture medium is entirely achievable. |
