QPQ technology is a kind of carbon altogether permeability salt bath salt bath nitrogencompound chemical heat treatment technology, oxidation of metal surface through thetechnology in metal material surface oxidation film and compound layer can largely improvethe corrosion resistance of metals, and materials have no deformation in the process of handlingbasic, this technology has instead of black, phosphating and nickel plating, traditional surfaceprotection, such as hard chromium plating process. Rust-proof oil is a basic component in oil toadd oil soluble corrosion inhibitor and other auxiliary additives and so on, more than betweenprocess for metal products, transport or storage of temporary rust, including solvent dilutionrust-proof oil because of the effect is good, easy to transport, the advantages of low cost, simpleoperation and easy to remove, widely used both at home and abroad. If according to thecharacteristics of the QPQ technology and rust-proof oil they used in metal products, if thedipping anti-rust oil after QPQ treatment can further improve the corrosion resistance ofmechanical products, in the anticorrosion of machinery industry, especially under specialcircumstances, such as shipboard equipment anticorrosion will have broad applicationprospects.This paper adopts the neutral salt spray test of QPQ treatment temperature different pistonrod, QPQ piston rod of different surface roughness before resistance to salt fog corrosion testtime contrast, through the piston rod surface coating solvent dilution formula of the soft filmrust-proof oil content of the each component and corresponding formula and resistance to saltfog corrosion test comparison, select the best composition and its content.Through the experiment, obtained the resistance to salt fog corrosion laws between theQPQ treatment temperature and time, and the surface roughness and the laws between theresistance to salt fog corrosion time, determine the QPQ solvent dilution formula of the softfilm rust-proof oil, and materials for45steel piston rod under the QPQ treatment temperature of570℃,2hours nitride coating again after the recipe of anti-rust oil, its resistance to salt fogcorrosion time of up to829hours.
