For rust proof material, strict demand of environment protection has been proposed, for example, Europe Alliance demand that in every 1kg product Pb should be less than 90ppm, Ba less than 1000ppm. In order to meet these challenges, this paper focus on the study of environment protection of rust proof oil diluted by solvent.The paper analyzes the rust proof principle of rust proof oil diluted by solvent and dissect the proponent. It is made of oil born erosion proof agent, film forming material and base oil, and selects the hydrogen adding method to produce solvent meeting the demand of environment protection - 200# solvent removed aromatic compound - used in environment friendly rust proof oil.
