Recently, most oil-wells are in the exploiting anaphase of oil leading to high watercontent. It is extremely essential to effective achieve oilfield water treatment for waterconservation and protection of the environment. People usually pump treated water back intothe reservoir to maintain reservoir pressure. More crude oil from underground transporting oilWells speeds up the development, enhances oil recovery and Economic benefit is improved.Most of the reinjection produced water from the well. As more oilfield exploiting time, waterquality becomes worse, and the water content of impurities increases. It causes jams reservoirspace, reduces the production efficiency. Impurities and microbial bacteria in oil water makesthe injection equipment and wells corrosion and scaling, even might damage the equipment,affect production and produce the huge economic losses. So, people often deal with injectionwater before injected into the reservoir by filtration, de-scaling, bacteria killing, iron removaland corrosion inhibitor.Although chemical method has better treatment effect,use of chemical treatment takesup space, needs manual operation and leads to the pollution to water quality and environment.The use of electromagnetic water treatment methods solves these problems very well. Itbecame the target of research institutions and scientific research units for artificial reduce,field cost savings, cost savings and little secondary pollution. Because the electromagneticfields water treatment technology is low cost, convenient installation, easy maintenance, etc,they are already widely developed and used.It is expounded the significance of oil field water treatment, oil field water treatmenttechnology research status and development trend in this paper. The working principle ofelectromagnetic water treatment equipment is studied and the main factors influencing aboutthe anti-scale equipment performance is analyzed. According to the practical need, anti-scaleelectromagnetic field water treatment device is developed with good effect. The performanceof the equipment is improved by circuit optimization through software simulation. The loss ofMOSFET element is reduced about62%in the improved circuit. So electromagneticanti-scaling device can be run stability at higher frequency and the device has broaderapplicability.The device is tested through the experiment of treatment effect and the main factors arementioned. When equipment works at3k-10kHz frequency, the best anti-scaling results areobtained. The experimental data is provided for the study of the theory of electromagneticwater treatment technology.
