It isconstituted by Drilling Engineering, Mud Logging Engineering, Well Logging Engineering,Oil Test Engineering, Well Completion Engineering. With the development of managementtechnology and the market economy,The process of drilling operation also be developed andits Management mode be reformed and innovated. The efficiency of the process of drillingoperation has been greatly improved. However, According to the development of the oilindustry China, Due to the development of the oil industry the external environment is notmature and Reform of the petroleum enterprise internal system, The process of drillingoperation still competes with the upstream and downstream of petroleum enterprises orprofessional technology companies. It has many disadvantages and problems.This paper will introduce the idea of Concurrent Engineering to provide optimizationsolutions for the process of drilling operation, In this paper, it has a comprehensive studyand analysis of the domestic and international theory of concurrent engineering research andapplication experience, and combined with the characteristics of drilling operations ofpetroleum exploration and development, Based on the concept of concurrent engineering, wesynthesize, digest, absorb its advantages and Introduce to the process of drilling operation, weadopt flexible mode of separately and combined with special treatment to optimize theprocess of drilling operation.This paper established the design optimization scheme of3D interaction theory of concurrentengineering drilling system based on the framework of the push and pull system. This thesis isdivided into five parts, The1st chapter mainly introduces the theory of concurrent engineeringresearch situation at home and abroad research results and drilling operating process. The2ndchapter is some theory of foundations, the concurrent engineering theory, drilling processoptimization theory, and the concurrent engineering theory for the process of drillingoperation. The3rd chapter mainly discusses the present situation of drilling operating processand existing problems. The4th chapter is the drilling process optimization design based onthe theory of concurrent engineering, Including drilling system optimization ideas,optimization of process and establishment of optimization framework drilling system, and through the comparison of the case of drilling system about the idea of concurrent engineeringoptimization, Clarify the concurrent engineering drilling system optimization effects. The5thchapter is the support systems of the drilling operating process, Establish concurrentresponsibility matrix integrated management system and Process information technologysupport system. The last part is the conclusion of the thesis.
