Design And Development Cast Steel Products Based On Concurrent Engineering

Basing on the fact of Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock (Group) Co., Ltd (short for QRRS),this paper which analyzes the deficiency of R&D existing in domestic firms proposes that Concurrent Engineering(short for CE) is an effective method and way to solve these problems such that the capacity, circle, cost of R&D is weak, long, high. This paper depicts the development of CE in domestic and foreign country and discusses the exploitation of CE for QRRS. This paper mainly analyzes the exploitation process of cast steel product of QRRS and puts forward the improvement proposal. Synchronously, this paper basing on the mind of methods mainly analyzes and studies the technics exploitation of bolsters.First, this paper which aims at the common problems that most of China firms' ability to exploit are weak, puts forth the chief reason of firms with weak ability to exploit which the pattern of exploitation is unitary and the management measures are rigid. This paper also discourses upon the primary factors which influence the ability to exploit, exploitation circle, exploitation cost and so on. For instance, the product exploitation adopts the department system and serial fashion, and lacks of the means and ways to analyze the dynamics performance of railway vehicles; the production preparation circle of cast steel product is long, the trial-manufacture expenses are high, the ratio of finished product is low.Second, this paper brings forward the CE is a significant way to resolve the ability to exploit, and dissertates the development condition in domestic and foreign country, and introduces the exploitation in China which emphasizes the target and systematic structure.Third, this paper which studies how to improve the exploitation process of QRRS and how to establish the organizing mode and measures basing on CE, is grounded on the analysis of the exploitation status quo of cast steel product for QRRS.Finally, this paper analyzes the structural traits of a types of bolster product which is designed by QRRS and supplied to foreign customers, and frames a technics scheme and a type of material craftwork, and trial-produces the product. At the basis of test and validation, this paper advances the improvement project.
