Vertical steel storage tank is one of the main storage devices in petrochemical industry,because it is flammable and explosive stored and highly hazardous liquids, so if an earthquakeor accidents, the consequences will be very serious, even can cause huge economic loss andenvironmental damage. Establish a fiber Bragg grating sensing technology detection system,not only detection of tank running state real-time Under normal use, but also warning signalearly when in danger. To avoid more loss.This article is mainly divided into two aspects were studied:On the one hand, establish a tank model by finite element analysis software scaledADINA. Concluded that the dynamic response and seismic response results and analysis them.The dynamic response analysis includes two parts, one part is analysis dynamic response ofthe tank wall, the other part is analysis reservoir dynamic response of the tank. It is concludedthat the previous six order natural frequency of vibration and comparing with the specificationto verify the accuracy of the models.
