In this compressor into normal use, the emergence ofnon-predictive maintenance failure, after factory site maintenance, the unit is still not agood operating conditions, vibration, temperature and other data seriously overweight, andthe emergence of the mechanical seal leakage problems.This paper aims to study the reasons for abnormal vibrations generated and proposesolutions that will eventually adjust to the controllable range of vibration, poor compressorsolve health problems and the impact of its remedy, reduce their produce compressorsimpact, to save maintenance time, the purpose of saving maintenance costs.This paper describes the working principle of screw compressors, structuralcomposition, to study the compressor abnormal vibration generating mechanism, using itsvibration condition monitoring instruments for data monitoring, and draw the appropriateconclusions by spectral analysis, so find out abnormal vibration causes. Find out thereasons for making the appropriate corrective measures to address the problem of excessivevibration.Through investigation and rectification found that the compressor is mainly due to thepresence of abnormal vibration meshing impact, resulting in the male and female rotorengagement gap is too large, abnormal vibration. After the adjustment of the gap betweenthe rotor solve abnormal vibration phenomenon, and also through further analysis,optimization of the vibration level of the compressor.
