Under the influence of the bad downhole environment,the insulation performance of the Electric submersible pump will gradually deteriorate during its operation,resulting in current leakage,which brings destructive damage to the electric submersible pump equipment.In addition,the Electric submersible pump unit is prone to failure in the process of operation,which leads not only to system failures,but to great economic loss.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a real-time monitoring system for leakage current of Electric submersible pump based on mutual inductance principle,which solves the limitations of the existing insulation detection scheme of electric submersible pump that cannot be monitored in real time,the operation is complex,and the system needs to start and stop frequently.In addition,the design of multi-point vibration and temperature real-time monitoring system for electric submersible pump unit,research and development of electric submersible pump ground control system circuit and software are completed.The main research work and phased results of the thesis are as follows:First,on the basis of the real-time monitoring system of the submersible electric pump and downhole condition,a real-time monitoring system for the leakage current of the electric submersible pump based on the principle of current mutual inductance is designed to monitor the insulation condition of the electric submersible pump in real time.According to the ambiguity in the insulation aging process of the submersible electric pump system,the fuzzy fault diagnosis algorithm is applied to the developed real-time leakage current monitoring system.This algorithm can find the early signs of insulation aging of the electric submersible pump.Secondly,analyze the structural characteristics of the electric submersible pump unit,and combine the corresponding relationship between the vibration signal of the electric submersible pump and the possible causes of the unit failure,as well as the correlation between the temperature and vibration signal and the failure of the unit,complete a scheme design of a multi-point vibration and temperature real-time monitoring system for electric submersible pump units is presented.Finally,a surface control system is developed.The system adopts a dual CPU structure,which can not only receive the temperature,pressure,vibration and other data transmitted from downhole,but also can monitor the current leakage of the electric submersible pump in real time.The received signal is displayed in real time through the designed LCD 18-key display system.The power supply system of the monitoring circuit of the electric submersible pump is optimized,and a double interlock switch device is designed to improve the stability of the power supply system.Increase the power supply switching circuit to avoid cumulative errors in the monitoring process.On the basis of the above work,the indoor experimental platform of leakage current real-time monitoring system is built,The experimental results show that the measurement error of the real-time monitoring system is less than 0.15%,which can monitor the insulation condition of the electric submersible pump in real time and accurately.The joint debugging experiment of ground control system and underground monitoring circuit verifies the stability and reliability of the designed system.
