Chrysanthemum Cineraraeflium is a perennial plant which belongs to asteraceae,and it is a insecticidal plant cultivated intensively. Pyrethrin is an effectiveinsecticidal ingredient extracted from Chrysanthemum Cineraraeflium, and it hasbeen confirmed that there are six kinds of active ingredients, all of which are estercompounds. They contain two parts: alcohol and acid. There are mainly three cyclicketone alcohols in the alcohol part, namely, pyrethrum ketoalcohols, cinerariaketoalcohols, jasmine chrysanthemum ketoalcohols while the acid part is calledchrysanthemic acid, namely, chrysanthemic acid I and chrysanthemic acid II.Insecticidal pyrethrin, which are composed with chrysanthemic acid and ketonealcohol, contains six kinds of effective ingredients. Among them, the amount ofinsecticidal pyrethrin I and II is the largest and they share the highest activity.Insecticidal pyrethrin is a relatively desired botanical insecticide, and it has manyexcellent insecticidal features, for example: high efficiency, low toxicity, broadspectrum, and low residue. What’s more, there is no harm to human, warm-bloodedanimals and environment, and this point has become one of researching hot spots fornuisanceless biopesticide. Moreover, insecticidal pyrethrin has both the commercialvalue and ornamental value, therefore economic benefits it will be considerable if it’sdeveloped as ornamental bonsai to drive away mosquitoes and flies.Pyrethrin mainly includes six kinds of effective ingredients, which are pyrethrinI、II, Cineraria ester I、II, and Mo ketone ester I、II. Yet, it’s not easy to get thesixingredients seperated and achieve high pureness with normal methods because ofanalogous structures and molecular weight. In this study, we exploited the way ofsilica gel column chromatography at constant pressure together with semi preparativehigh performance liquid chromatography, hoping to get six effective ingredients fromChrysanthemum Cineraraeflium. With petroleum ether-acetic ether as eluant,methanol was used to recrystallize. And the crude product was pured by semipreparative high performance liquid chromatography, then six effective ingredientswere seperated. The six active ingredientswere tested by13C NMR and1H NMR ofone-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance technology using 1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HSQC and HMBC. According to thespectrogram, we identified the structures of the compounds and analyzed NMR dataof partial effective substances in brief.It’s the first time that the way of identifying effective substances fromchrysanthemum cineraraeflium: IGD nuclear magnetic resonance spectra couplingwith fingerprint technology. In this method, it mainly depends on the relationship ofspecific value and absolute content strength of the characteristic peak for effectivesubstances and standard plasmids in nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, thus gettingthe contents of effective substances by coupling with computational formulas. Lastly,we studied25%extraction (A),(B) and50%ectraction from chrysanthemumcineraraeflium through IGD-HPLC accompanying with fingerprint. This newtechnology provides a new thought to identify and evaluate derivative instruments ofchrysanthemum cineraraeflium, and enhanced the research of inner components ofchrysanthemum cineraraeflium to a more systematized and standarded level, whichprovides a scientific guarantee to be geared to international standards.
