Synthesis And Research Of Azasugars From D-Mannitol

Firstly, synthetic methods and the development prospects of azasugar werereviewed in this paper, and then a series of azasugar compounds were synthesized.from D-mannitol.The main results are as follows:1. Using D-mannitol as the raw material, the nitro compound1was synthesizedafter multi-step reactions and critical Herry reaction.And then the compound1washydrolyzed and the primary hydroxyl group was protected by Ts to get compound2.With that the two free hydroxyl groups were protected again to obtain compound3aand3b. Eventually, six-membered azasugars7,8,9and hexahydro-pyrimidine4,5,6were synthesized by Mannich reaction with compound3a as the material. Synthesisroute as follows:2. The compound10was got from Compound3after elimination and reductionreaction, and then the compound10was hydrolyed and the primary hydroxyl groupwas protected by Ts to get compound11.
