Coordination polymers have received much attention not only because of their intriguing structuresand the easy-functional characteristics, but also for the great application values in gas storage, catalysis,magnetism, optical materials. It has been one of the best interested themes about the research on syntheses,structures and properties of coordination polymers based on triazine derivatives and carboxylic acidligands.In the thesis, with1,3,5-triazine derivatives (phdat=2,4-diamino-6-phenyl-triazine, dmt=2,4-diamino-6-methyl-triazine, Hpaht=2-phenyl-4-amino-6-hydroxy-1,5-triazine, H3ca=cyanuric acid)and aromatic carboxylic acid ligands (1,2-H2bdc=phthalic acid, NO2-bdc=5-nitro-isophthalic acid, Hnta=nicotinic acid, ba=benzoic acid, naa=naphathylacetic acid, Hpqca=2-phenyl-4-quinoline carboxylicacid, H2nda=naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid, dtba=2,2′-dithiobisbenzoic acid, Hqdca=quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione-7-carboxylic acid) as the research objects, twenty coordination polymersbearing diverse structures have been designed and synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method.Moreover, they are structurally measured by X-ray single-crystal diffractometer, infrared spectrometer,thermal gravimetric analyzer, elemental analyzer and X-ray powder diffractometer as well as fluorescencespectrometer, magnetic property measurement system for their property characterizations. The twentycompounds are as follows:[Ag2(1,2-bdc)(phdat)]n(1),[Ag2(NO2-bdc)(phdat)]n(2),[Ag4(nta)3(phdat)(NO3)]n(3), Cu(phdat)2(ba)4(4), Zn(phdat)2(naa)4(5),[Zn(phdat)2(pqca)]2(6), Ag(phdat)2(OAc)(7), Ag(phdat)2(NO3)(8),{[MnO(nda)](H2dmt)(H2O)}n(9),[Ag5(nda)2.5(dmt)]n(10),[Mn(1,2-bdc)]n(11),[Cu(1,2-bdc)]n(12),[Co3(OH)2(1,2-bdc)]n(13),[Zn5(OH)2(dtba)4]n(14),[Ag(paht)]n(15),[Ag2(hca)]n(16),[Cu6(ca)2(H2O)]n(17),[Co(qdca)2]n(18),[Zn(qdca)2]n(19), Co(qdca)2(H2O)4(20).Compound1and15are chiral compounds with achiral compounds as starting materials, of which theleft-handed and right-handed helical chains are arranged alternately and connected into three-dimensionalnetworks, with topology types cbs/CrB and ligLiGe, respectively. For compound2, the3D network iscomprised of two kinds of similar2D sheets with the topolpgical type of sql packed in AABBAA mode by Ag-O/N weakly contacts. And compound3with hcb topological type consisting of dimeric Ag…Ag andmononuclear Ag units are constructed to a2D network.4-7exhibit two-dimensional and three-dimensionalstructures connected by paddle-wheel dinuclear unit through hydrogen-bonding and π…π stackinginteractions.8and20are mononuclear compounds, which are further connected to three-dimensionalnetworks by a variety of hydrogen-bonding and π... π stacking interactions or only hydrogen-bondinginteractions, respectively. The compound9exhibits a3D network comprising1D metal chains{MnO(CO2)2}nconnected by the ligands nda2-.10and17are three-dimensional structures bulit bydecanuclear silver units and dodenuclear monovalent copper units as SBUs, respectively, while14isone-dimensional with pentanuclear zinc units as SBUs.11-13are constructed respectively by mononuclearMn units, paddle-wheel binuclear Cu2(CO2)4and trinuclear Co3(OH) buliding units connected through1,2-bdc2-ligand to two-dimensional structures. Compound16is comprised of2D sheets by Ag-O andAg…Ag interactions. Compounds18and19are isomorphous, exhibiting one-dimensional structuresconnected by metal ions and ligands.In addition, the infrared spectra and property characterizations of the twenty compounds have beenmeasured. Compounds1-3,5-6,10,14-17and19exhibit interesting fluorescent properties.4,9,11and20show antiferromagnetic behaviors while12and13exhibit spin frustration antiferromagnetic properties.PXRD diagrams of compounds1-3,11-13,15-17indicate that they are pure single phases. In addition, theTGA curves of compounds1-5,8,9-13and15-20are also analyzed.At last, the last chapter is a preliminary summary for the paper.
