There is continuous rainy weather and niggardly drying equipment in the harvestseason, it is likely to cause peanut germination, mildew and so on. With the elevation ofpeoples’ life, safety, health, nutrition peanut products gets more and more attention, thus,the demand for fresh peanut market has expanded every year. Although there are somespecial varieties of fresh peanuts for eat bred, these peanut are harvested inAugust-September, which is the high temperature and humidity condition, so the freshpeanut is very difficult storage. Air-controlled storage technologies effect on the differentwater peanut. Through the influence on peanut of different water of storage, to reduce theloss during storage, a suitable reference storage method for fresh peanut is provided in thispaper.The main results in the paper are as follows:1. Effect of packaging materials on different moisture peanut by Accelerated Aging Test byhigh temperature and humidity (temperature35℃, humidity90%).The results showed thatpeanut has a better quality when6.5%moisture content of peanuts packaged by a highbarrier EVOH or PE/PA seven co-extruded film packaging; moisture content of12%peanuts with PE/PA composite film packaging also has better quality; water content of25.3%peanut is not suitable for air-tight packaging.2. Fresh peanut of29.83%moisture was researched by konjacmannan (KGM) coating,chitosan coating technology and ozone technology, and storaged at4℃environment. Theresults show that a suitable coating concentration of konjacmannan coating can keep thequality of peanut, and the optimum konjacmannan coating concentration is0.9%; peanuthas lightly worse quality by chitosan coating than that by konjacmannan coating; ozonetreatment can reduce mold growth probability during storage period.3. Different water peanut are packaged by air-tight packaging technology and storaged at35℃and90%humidity environment. The results indicate that the best result for11.3%,16.2%,22.0%moisture peanut is packaged by N2storage.4. Peanuts of11%and14.3%moisture are placed in the natural environment by usingmixed and different proportions gas contained CO2and air with inflatable packaging. Theresults show: the best gas ratio for peanut storage are both high CO2, Low O2(40~100%:0~12.6%); the quality of14.3%moisture peanut is better than that of11%moisturepeanut under the same conditions.5.12.6%moisture of peanut processed with ozone technology, coating technology,modified atmosphere packaging technology for comprehensive treatment and storaged inthe natural environment. The results show: a comprehensive approach more stabilizing andhigher quality of peanut than a single film, O3treatment to peanuts storage; KGM-O3-MAP(film, ozone, atmosphere integrated treatment) Storage has best quality.
