Experimental And Theorial Study On Fresh-keeping Packaging Of Fruits And Vegetables Based On Ozone

In this thesis, experimental research on fresh-keeping packaging of fruits and vegetables based on ozone, and theorial research on their breathing model in package bag are carried out.Its main research are as follows:First, the packaging system including filling ozone and sealing bag, and the device that preventing the leakage of ozone are designed.Second, the freshness evaluation criterias of some fruits and vegetables such as cherry tomato, capsicum, cui peach is established.Third, some comparative experiments on fresh-keeping packaging of fruits and vegetables with different gas and different film were carried out in the different temperature. The effect of ozone on fresh-keeping packaging of cui peach is not obvious.But the tempreture and the percent of ozone in packgae bag have great effect on fresh-keeping packaging.In 25℃~27℃, after 3 days , with PA/PE film bag, filling with ozone,to cherry tomato and capsicum , 90% can be guarantee.And after 10 days, with PE film bag, filling with ozone, above 85% can meet the criterias.Fourth, experimental research on fresh-keeping packaging based on improving the permeability of the PA/PE film was conducted.The result indicated: the permeability of film has great effect on fresh-keeping packaging.Fifth, the breathing model of cherry tomato fresh-keeping packaging based on ozone is established, the parameter of the model is estimated by genetic algorithm optimization. The analog calculation indicated that the result of theory and experiment is similar, and the theorial result can predict the real changing trend of ozone in package bag. The study proposed a new type of technology of fresh-keeping packaging of fruits and vegetables and laid a theoretical foundation for stydying and application fresh-keeping packaging based on ozone.
