Cyano-based Synthesis Of Pyrazoloquinazolines And Quinolines Derivaties

Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds were widely consisted in naturalproducts and drug molecules. Quinazoline and quinoline derivatives have been widelyused in the fields of medicine with its wide range of biological and pharmacologicalactivities. In recent years, many groups dedicated to study the activity ofnitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.Thesis mainly studied several novel quinazolin-3-ium-3-yl(tosyl)amides whichcontain quinazoline skeleton were synthesized by our group with nitriles to synthesizepyrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline derivatives and quinoline derivatives by one step.This thesis mainly is divided into the following several parts:1. The application of quinazoliniums in organic synthesis and the research progress ofnitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.2. The quinazoliniums and aliphatic nitriles reaction in buildingpyrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline and quinoline compounds with transition metal-freecondition.3. The microwave assisted reaction between quinazolin-3-iums and aliphatic nitrilesto give pyrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline derivatives via iron-catalyzed in aqueous phase.4. We have described the reaction of quinazolin-3-iums with benzonitriles, a facilestrategies to synthesize quinoline derivatives between under transition metal-freecondition.This thesis report that the quinazolin-3-ium which has quinazoline skeleton tosynthesize a series of pyrazoloquinazoline and quinoline derivatives. The methodbehaviors advantages of easy to operate, cheap and efficient, green environmentalprotection, and good selectivity.
