Organic sulfones are ubiquitous in nature and ecosystems, where aryl sulfones exist in many important drugs and biomolecules because of their prominent biological activity, such as cyclooxygenase-2?COX-2?inhibitors and prostaglandin D2?dp?antagonists MK-0524,and arylsulfone is also an important synthetic intermediates.Because of their special structure and reactivity, sulfinic esters compounds not only have a wide range of uses in pharmaceutical and material chemistry. In organic synthesis, sulfinic esters are often used in asymmetric synthesis and can also be used as synthons to prepare sulfone compounds.Based on a brief summary of the progress in the synthesis of sulfone compounds and sulfinate compounds, this paper uses quinoline-2?1H?-thione as a raw material under metal-free conditions to obtain quinoline sulfone compounds and sulfinic esters compounds. These methods are easy to operate and environmentally friendly. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.The recent progress in the synthesis of sulfone compounds and sulfinate compounds was reviewed.2.A series of new quinoline sulfone compounds were obtained by iodine-promoted desulfurization coupling reaction of quinoline-2?1H?-thione with sodium arylsulfinate. The conversion was carried out under air atmosphere, the reaction time was short, and no metal catalysis was required.3.Under the condition of electrochemical anodization, the synthesis of sulfinate from quinoline-2?1H?-thione and alkyl alcohol was investigated using Bu4NBF4 as catalyst and electrolyte. This reaction was carried out under constant current, using alcohols as solvent and substrate under mild reaction conditions. The structures of these compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS.
