The water conservation forest plays an important role in water conservation, water purification, chemical pesticide use in the process of management will affect the water conservation forest soil chemical properties and quality. In this paper, an important water source in Heilongjiang province water conservation forest as the research object, by spraying different concentrations of chlorothalonil, study of chlorothalonil in through the atmosphere-canopy-litter layer and soil layer, residues in water conservation forest rainfall redistribution process and in the soil, and the effect of chlorothalonil on water forest for conservation of water and soil chemical properties. Residues using meteorological chromatography detection chlorothalonil, determination of water quality parameters by using HORIBAW-23Xerd type Japanese multi parameter water quality monitor, determination of soil chemical properties using conventional methods, a preliminary understanding of the purification process and the ability of water conservation forest chemicals on water use of forest protection and management in the process of urbanization, and provide scientific basis for the use of chemicals water conservation forest management process of the type, quantity and the application scope. The results are as follows:1Chlorothalonil in the amount of litter>water> soil,,chlorothalonil residues in water by throughfall stemflow litter water. Natural ventilation sufficient oxygen and moderate temperature for the reproduction of microorganisms to provide convenient conditions also promote the degradation of chlorothalonil.2Precipitation after larch plantation ecosystem pH value of throughfall> litter water> stemflow, acidification stemflow significantly. The COND value and TDS content showed the state of fluctuation, chlorothalonil obvious effect on COND and TDS, with increasing concentrations of chlorothalonil, COND and TDS increased more significantly. TURB in precipitation decreased trend, showed "W" type, with chlorothalonil concentration increased, TURB reduced. Stemflow Do increase gradually and litter water and throughfall remained flat state, Do will decrease with the increasing concentration of chlorothalonil.3The water content of ammonium ions had no obvious changes, chlorothalonil concentration change did not affect the content of ammonium ion; chloride ion, potassium ion and nitrate with rainfall of present state of fluctuation of chlorothalonil, content of the chloride ion concentration increases, the nitrate ion increases with the rise of chlorothalonil was significantly increased and then decreased, the potassium ion decreased with increasing concentrations of chlorothalonil and concentration decline is greater; calcium ions decreased first and then increased,"V" type, calcium ions increased with increasing concentrations of chlorothalonil, then the leaching of rainfall decreased gradually with basically the same as the control group.4Chlorothalonil makes the soil pH decreased, chlorothalonil concentration of pH lower. The organic matter in general will be slightly lower, but the content of the content of high concentration will be higher than the low concentration. chlorothalonil to total nitrogen content increased, the greater the more the concentration increased, had a significant effect on the hydrolysis of nitrogen, the higher the concentration of nitrogen content of hydrolysis will be higher, but overall will be lower than that of the control group. The content of element effect on phosphorus was not significant, but the effect of available phosphorus concentrations by chlorothalonil, more content, but the regularity on the whole is not strong.
