Broken in mines, road construction and building materials is a necessary link, theprocess of production, consumption and energy saving is an eternal topic, and fracturingtechnology on important great energy and energy conservation.In under the condition ofsame production process, so as to achieve the crusher structure adjustment of morecrushing less grinding process, but can still guarantee the broken product discharginggranularity and process required, breakage, reduce energy consumption of the unit, andimprove the discharging granularity distribution concentration is higher, finally realizesthe more crushing less grinding process.Study and application, summarizes thecharacteristics of fractured counterattack crusher, designed a virtual prototype model ofcrusher.Using3d software Pro/Engineer4.0, frame the parameterized model is set up, andthen to link it to ANSYS12.0platform, access to all parameters, and the assembly modelgeometry relationship unchanged, contact relationship between automatic detection,completed at the same time establish contact element, save workload, more convenientand maintain data consistency, and reaches the design the purpose of the analysis ofsynchronous collaborative.At the same time according to actual the counterattack crushercrushing cavity of the composition, design and statics analysis for the frame structure ofmetal, reduce weight, reduce the cost saving to provide theoretical basis for rotor-platehammer material counterattack plate frame as the research object.Because theactual production materials shape size is different, in the process of broken broken is acomplex process, the paper simplified the material model and the broken single sphericaldiameter material, at the same time, simplify the processing counterattack plate, somesecondary structure of the rotor, plate hammer, crushing cavity broken finite elementanalysis of dynamics system model is established, at the same time the materialsecondary crushing effect is directly affected by the counterattack plate shape, throughour research materials in the crushing cavity trajectory, the trajectory curve the materialparameters, analysis and calculation of different parameters under the condition ofmaterial path curve, to optimize counterattack plate shape cross section curve.
