Cyclohexanone, caprolactam production of raw materials, along with the development and structural adjustment of caprolactam (CPL) and the expansion of industrial applications in the field of non-amide, cyclohexanone industry as an independent industry gradually formed.This paper briefly describes the current status of cyclohexanone production technology, progress, prospects and new process for preparing cyclohexanone. Cold mold experiment and CFD simulation for analysis and discussion for the high-pressure device Baling Branch cyclohexane oxidation process of transformation problems, cyclohexane oxidation reactor to carry out calculations to find out to improve the new mass and heat transfer paddle, applied to the cyclohexane sealed reactor and to achieve localization of the mixer.
