Abstract/Summary:
Reasonable to determine the optimal exploitation of the realm of open pit mine, which can get the maximum benefit is mine workers relentless pursuit of the goal. With the rapid development of computer technology, it solved the problem of a heavy workload in the traditional design which can not synthesize and detail account of the technical conditions and the exploitation of resources and economic indicators and other factors on the optimization of the realm of open-pit mining. Using geostatistics being mine reserves estimation and open pit optimization based on ore body visual modeling, which achieve the change of methods and techniques in open pit mining optimization. The common methods of Open Pit Optimization include floating cone method, LG graph theory dynamic programming> the maximum network flow method and the positive cone delete method. Especially speaking, the most widely used methods are the LG graph theory and the floating cone method.Studied the key technologies of deposit visualization modeling and open pit mining optimization are the most important in this paper, and the3D visualization model of Shang fang gou molybdenum deposit is built with Surpac, the ultimate mining limits on different conditions are optimized by LG graph Theory Method. The main research work and achievements are as follows:1、The paper analyzes and forecasts the future price movements of iron and molybdenum based on the top price,the bottom price and the average price of Mo and Fe and the current average production cost. Considering the factors of iron molybdenum prices, mine production costs, recovery rates, calculated comprehensive grade of polymetallic deposit.2、Deposit geology database is built respectively according to drill hole, trench and footrill and such exploring engineering, based on Data Conversion and Vectorization of geological data and mining technical data of Shang fanggou Molybdenum Mine. It provided a dynamic database which can solve the problem on storing, collecting and consulting the original design drawings. Established mine visualization of geological model according to the topographic model, lithology, structure and goaf and use of geostatistical methods and calculated the main associated minerals mining reserves, which have completed the mine visual modeling and calculation of reserves.3、A variety of open-pit mining optimization design is studied by LG Graph Theory Method on Shangfanggou Molybdenum deposit, with external conditions such as mining area and influence of mineral price and other factors. The study is focus on the integrated use of natural resource, which provides basis for the open pit mining construction of Shangfanggou Molybdenum deposit.The study indicates that building geology database and3D visualization technology which can change mine working mode and improve work efficiency.The open pit mining limit optimization technology based on LG Graph Theory Method can provide the technical guarantee for enterprises’sustainable development and meet the actual requirements of mine productions.
