YIFENG WANGUO mineral industry limited company(Xi ZHUANG copper lead zinc ore) in Jiangxi province belongs to the karst water filling deposit with complex hydrogeological conditions of the main cave.The arrangement of development method and stoping sequence、the selection of mining method、set of security pillar and filling system is not only the key of underwater resources’ exploitation,but it can also causing the rock and surfaces’ continuous movement,deformation and non-continous destruction and other safety accidents.This paper aims at the XINZHUANG copper lead zinc ore mining technical conditions,carried out the system analysis and in-depth study of safe extraction key technologies,using the method of combination of theory analysis, the survey statistics, misty mathematics theory and FLAC 3D numerical simulation.Firstly, By referring to literature, researching the key of similar domestic and foreign technology of safety mining underwater deposit. Analysis to determine the deposit safety mining of key technical problems for set of security pillar, rational mining sequence and the optimal mining method,using the method of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis combining in-depth research.Secondly,The orebody occurrence conditions and karst fissure water aquifer,hydrogeologic conditions carried out thorough investigations and studies,it was determined that the mine water prevention and control technology scheme.Third,Analysis of the impact factors of the height of water flowing fractured zone,using the empirical formula method the set of security pillar.Fourth,According to the experience of similar mining safety at home and abroad and the mine specific mining conditions,the primary mining method,and through thetechnical comparison,economic comparison and fuzzy evaluation obtained the optimum mining method,namely "the upward horizontal slice stoping with cemented filling".Fifth,Using the numerical simulation technology of FLAC 3D to carry out the simulation research of the mining deposits,obtained the reliable safety deposit mining sequence,and establishing of filling material test and filling system.Finally,Choosing stope 303-8#,14#,403-5#,6# of II 3 ore body to carry out industrial tests for mining methods,including the test stopes’ cuttingengineering,extraction technology and the waste rock filling prosess etc.All are future research and the tests make good technical and economic effects.
