:Coal is the main energy in our country, and its combustion process will produce pollutants such as SO2and NOx.With the development of industry, the discharge of flue gas caused by coal combustion is getting more and more, and environmental pollution such as acid rain, ozone depletion, fog is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to deal with the increasingly serious situation of air pollution, it is the most effective way to find a simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technology at present.Liquid-oxidation denitrafication technology can be combined with limestone-gypsum system to realize simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification.The study on sodium sulfate and yellow phosphorus emulsion denitrification process was carried out in this article, and draw the following conclusions:(1) The denitrification effect of sodium persulfate system is poorer, which is not suitable for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process.However,the method of yellow phosphorus emulsion combined with limestone-gypsum gets better desulfurization and denitrification effect. The P4/CaCO3system was finally selected to achieve simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification.(2) The study on the rules of ozone generating finds that it is good for the ozone generating process to increase yellow phosphorus concentration, stirring speed, reaction temperature and oxygen concentration.(3) The study on the affact of various factors to yellow phosphorus emulsion denitrification process shows that:the system denitrification rate increases at first, and then basically remains unchanged with the increase of yellow phosphorus concentration, reaction temperature, oxygen concentration, and stirring speed. System denitrificaion rate gradually reduces with the increase of flue gas flow.(4) The denitrification effect can be improved by the addition of calcium carbonate.The best oxidational condition will be:calcium carbonate2g/L, yellow phosphorus concentration6g/L, oxygen concentration12%, the reaction temperature50℃, the stirring speed1200r/min, and the flue gas flow rate400mL/min.The denitrification reaches84.76%after30minutes. The research on simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of P4/CaCO3system obtains that the simulated gas whose NO concentration is separately0.03%to0.05%and SO2concentration is separately0.05%to0.2%reaches the discharge standards in the key region after the treatment under the best oxidational condition.
